Catherine has had a distinguished multi decade career in Financial Services, Fintech and Commodities. She currently is an Advisor and Board Member to numerous startups and mature businesses, bringing expertise in business and strategic growth, innovation, talent development, regulatory affairs, and more. Prior to this, Catherine was the CEO of Pefin, the world’s first AI financial advisor, and before Pefin, she was the Managing Director and Head of Commodity Derivatives, Foreign Exchange and Emerging Markets Sales and Trading for the Americas at BNP Paribas, and was Chief Marketing Officer of J.P. Morgan, as well as many other roles. 

Catherine has won numerous accolades, including ‘Most Influential Woman in European Investment Banking’ in 2012 and being one of the ‘100 Most Influential Women in European Financial Markets in 2010 and 2011. A long-time champion of diversity, she has also served on the J.P. Morgan Investment Banking Inclusive Leadership Council as well as on the J.P. Morgan Chase Diversity Council. Service to the community has always been a priority for Catherine, and she has worked with a number of significant non-profit organizations, such as being on the board of Part of the Solution (POTS) in the Bronx, New York.

Catherine has a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Finance from Texas A&M University, and a master’s degree in Economics from Brown University. She lives in New York with her husband and has three sons and one beautiful grand daughter!


 
Randy Bullard

Randy Bullard

A contemporary force and Wealth Management industry stalwart, Randy is a widely published and frequent speaker on topics related to the evolution of wealth management programs, unified managed accounts, ETF-based wealth management solutions, and digital advice.

Currently, Randy is General Manager of Wealth Management at SigFig. His primary responsibilities include working with SigFig’s wealth management client organizations, developing new partnership opportunities with leading wealth management providers in the U.S. and globally, and leading the ongoing development of SigFig’s product and service offerings to the wealth management industry.

Randy is an avid scuba diver, downhill skier, and adult leader in Boy Scouts of America Troop 1001, husband of 28 years and father of three children.  He’s also an avid amateur chef and master of the smoker, barbecue, and Cajun cooking.  Mr. Bullard is a fan of college football (particularly the SEC), and should not be disturbed on Saturday’s during college football season.

Randy graduated from the University of Texas with a bachelor of science in Computer Science. He has successfully completed Series 63, Series 65, and Series 72 examinations.

Jeff leads Xtiva’s corporate strategy and product group which creates and builds Xtiva products, engages and manages strategic partners and supports sales and customer success professionals with product marketing and support content.

Jeff is a financial services and fintech expert. He has spent his career in financial services and financial technology focused mainly on helping organizations find a path to outstanding performance. After spending 7 years working as a Strategic Management Consultant for the senior teams at many top financial services firms across North America, he shifted to the financial technology sector. He’s an inventor also (if being patented means you are an inventor) and he is a thought leader on front-office business performance and writes on occasion for industry blogs and publications.

Jeff is stricken by the entrepreneurial gene and has founded or co-founded 5 companies (6 if you count that neighborhood dominating landscape operation back in the 80’s) across several industries including Environmental Services (Environmental Ventures), a digital Recruiting Marketplace (CareerLink), an Advisor Practice Management technology (PriceMetrix Inc.), a technology focused corporate advisory firm (Oxygen Ventures). He also ran a wealth management marketing services aggregator for 2 years. He loves to mentor co-founders of technology start-ups and maintains an active mentoring portfolio. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Canadian Asset Management firm Bristol Gate Capital Partners.

Jeff is based in Toronto where he lives with his wife. Jeff and his wife have two amazing children.
